Ann and Jim decided to host their intimate wedding in their brand new home. They celebrated both milestones with their closest family and friends. Custom Floral Design created beautiful sunflower arrangements with pops of blue. Ultimate Events provided harvest tables, chairs, and other rental items to transform Ann and Jim’s house into a makeshift reception space. Leigh and Chris chose to have their winter wedding at St. Paul College Club because out of the venues they saw, it was the only one that took their breath away. And we don’t blame them – it is such a stunning mansion! For their big day, the couple wanted a traditional wedding with “geek little details” (as they put it). To showcase their love of books, movies, and Disney, the couple had Harry Potter scarves and wands for the wedding party, guest table identifiers named after different Disney World rides (fun fact, these were also hand painted by the groom’s sister!), and personalized dice as their wedding favors. Their first dance song was “Beauty & the Beast” by Emma Thompson. I had such a blast being a part of Leigh and Chris’s big day, and they even let me take home a Harry Potter scarf as a souvenir!
